Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are prepared and dispatched within 3 working days (i.e. Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12:00 pm may be processed the next working day.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Once dispatched, delivered within 5 working days to most addresses in West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia).

  • For East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan), delivery may take 2–3 working days longer, depending on courier routes and regional logistics .

3. Non-Working Days & Holidays

  • Working days are Monday to Friday; weekends and national holidays in Malaysia are not counted in processing or delivery days .

  • If a public holiday or weekend falls within the timeframe, expect slight delays.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • After dispatch, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and link.

  • Tracking updates may be delayed as couriers usually sync within one business day

5. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping Offer

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed clearly before you pay.

  • If you qualify for any free-shipping promotions, they are applied automatically.

6. Delivery Issues & Exceptions

  • Delays can occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g. courier logistics, customs, weather, strikes).

  • If parcel is not delivered within 10 working days after expected arrival, please contact us—our team will initiate an investigation with the courier partner DHL.

7. Delivery Requirements

  • A signature or valid recipient confirmation is required upon delivery.

  • If no one is available, the courier may re-attempt delivery, leave a pickup notice, or return the parcel—depending on their process.

8. What If I’m Not Home

  • Please provide a shipping address where someone can receive the parcel.

  • If delivery fails multiple times, returns or additional charges may apply. Feel free to contact us for help with alternate delivery options.

9. Zone-Based Exceptions (East Malaysia)

  • Standard delivery for East Malaysia may take 5–8 working days total from order placement (including processing time), due to longer courier routing time
